Terms of Use

This page sets the rules for using lucky-vibe-australia.com as a piece of software and infrastructure: what you may do with the site, what you may not do to it, what happens when access is abused, and what we promise about availability. It is a narrower document than our commercial terms, and the two cover different ground.

Last reviewed: 3 September 2026.

Scope of this document

This website is governed by two separate documents. The general terms that cover our published content deal with the editorial side: who we are, the accuracy of what we publish, intellectual property, liability and governing law. This page deals with your conduct as a user of the website itself, including access methods, automated traffic, security and any material you submit.

Where the two overlap, read them together. Where they genuinely conflict, the general terms take precedence. Using the site means you accept both, and if you disagree with either, stop using the site.

Acceptable use

You may browse any public page, read and search the content, print or save pages for your own reference, share links to pages anywhere you like, and quote short extracts with attribution and a link back to the source page.

You may use the site on any device and any browser. You may block cookies, block scripts or run an ad blocker without penalty, though some layout elements may behave oddly if scripts are blocked entirely. You may use assistive technology, and if a page presents a barrier to a screen reader or a keyboard-only workflow, tell us so we can fix it.

Access is for people aged 18 and over. Nothing here is intended for minors.

Prohibited activity

The following are not permitted, and each of them either damages the service for other readers or exposes us to risk.

Automated collection

  • Scraping, crawling, harvesting or mirroring the site or any substantial part of it, whether by script, headless browser, extension or third-party service.
  • Bulk-downloading pages, images or data files, or extracting our tables and compiled figures into another database.
  • Ignoring the directives in our robots.txt file, or spoofing a user agent to evade rate limits or access controls.
  • Using the content to train, fine-tune or ground a commercial machine-learning model without written permission.

Search engine crawlers that identify themselves honestly, obey robots.txt and crawl at a reasonable rate are welcome. The prohibition is aimed at bulk extraction, not at indexing.

Interference and security

  • Attempting to gain access to servers, administrative areas, databases, source files or any part of the site not made public.
  • Probing for vulnerabilities, running scanners or penetration tools, or exploiting a weakness rather than reporting it.
  • Uploading or transmitting malware, scripts, injection payloads or any code intended to damage or interrupt the service.
  • Denial of service attempts, traffic floods, or any activity that places an unreasonable load on our hosting.
  • Circumventing rate limits, firewall rules, bot filtering or access restrictions by any means.

If you find a genuine security flaw, report it to us privately and give us a reasonable window to fix it before disclosing it. Responsible reports are welcomed and taken seriously.

Misuse of content and identity

  • Republishing our pages in whole or in substantial part on another site, in an app, in a PDF or in print.
  • Framing the site, or embedding pages in a way that hides their origin or implies an association that does not exist.
  • Presenting yourself as a representative of this site, or using our name, wording or layout to lend credibility to another project.
  • Removing copyright notices, bylines or attribution from copied material.
  • Using the site to send unsolicited commercial messages, to promote unrelated services, or to distribute links to phishing or malicious destinations.

Unlawful and harmful use

  • Any use that breaches Australian law or the law that applies where you are.
  • Posting or transmitting material that is defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, obscene or infringing.
  • Impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your age to access age-restricted material.

Material you submit

Some parts of the site may allow you to send us a message, submit a correction or leave a comment. Where that is possible, the following applies.

You are responsible for what you submit and you confirm you have the right to send it. Do not submit anything that infringes someone else’s copyright, exposes another person’s private information, defames anyone, or is designed to advertise a product.

Do not send us casino account credentials, identity documents, card numbers or banking details. We have no use for them, no way to act on them and no wish to store them. Anything of that kind that reaches us is deleted, as described in our statement on how visitor information is handled.

By submitting material you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, edit, shorten or remove it in connection with the site. We are under no obligation to publish anything, and we moderate at our discretion, including removing off-topic promotion, abuse and content that could harm a reader. Published comments and reader corrections reflect the views of whoever wrote them, and carry no endorsement from us.

Availability of the site

The site is provided as it is and as it happens to be available. We do not promise continuous uptime, and we do not guarantee that every page loads correctly on every device, browser and connection.

Access may be interrupted by scheduled maintenance, hosting or network failures, software faults, denial of service attacks, or decisions made further up the chain by hosting providers or internet service providers. That last point is worth stating plainly for Australian readers: access to gambling-related sites is sometimes restricted at the provider level, and an outage of that kind is neither our doing nor something we can reverse.

We may change, restructure, move or withdraw any page at any time without notice, and we may retire the site entirely. Nothing here creates an obligation to keep a particular page online, to preserve a URL, or to maintain an archive of previous versions.

Suspension of access

We may restrict or block access, in whole or in part, where we reasonably believe these rules have been breached. In practice that means blocking an IP address, an address range, an autonomous system or a user agent, applying rate limits, or removing submitted material.

We do not have to give notice or an explanation beforehand, and there is no formal appeal process, though if you believe a block was applied in error you are welcome to contact us and explain. Because the site requires no account, a block is a technical measure rather than a penalty, and it can be lifted just as easily as it was applied.

Your responsibility for your own jurisdiction

This site is written for adults in Australia. It makes no claim that the information is appropriate or lawful anywhere else, and it is not an invitation to gamble in a country where doing so is prohibited.

If you access the site from outside Australia, you do so on your own initiative and you are responsible for complying with local law. Online gambling law varies sharply between countries, and in some the consequences reach the player as well as the operator. Checking your own position is something only you can do. Background on who publishes this site and the audience it is written for is set out on our page describing the editorial team behind this project.

You are also responsible for your own equipment: a suitable device, a working connection, current antivirus protection and a browser that receives security updates. We are not liable for damage to your device or data arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

Australian law applies to these rules, along with the law of the state or territory where the publisher is based, and the courts of that place hold non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. A provision held invalid or unenforceable is severed and the rest remains in force. Choosing not to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive it on another.

Changes

We revise this page as the site develops and as new forms of abuse appear. The version published here is the operative one, and the review date at the top shows when it was last checked. Continued use after a change means you accept the current version, which applies to every page including our main review of the Lucky Vibe casino.
